Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our orders, we are unable to issue refunds on any purchases. Each item is made to order specifically for you, which means we cannot resell returned custom products.

We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including size and design, before completing your purchase.

If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to help! We offer size exchanges for the same shirt in the correct size, subject to the following conditions:

• The exchange must be for the same shirt design in a different size.
• The item must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs for the original item.

To start an exchange, please contact us at info@baddassapparel.com with your order number and the size you need.

If you are exchanging for a larger size that carries a higher price than the size you originally ordered, additional charges will apply.

The additional charge will be the difference between the price of your originally ordered size and the price of the new, larger size.

Our team will inform you of any additional costs before processing the exchange so there are no surprises.
